• Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household is prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

QB77 may request identity verification at any time. This may include a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. QB77 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.

Keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. QB77 is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.

03Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Financial transactions on QB77 are secure and fast. We support payments through mobile banking and bank transfers widely used in Bangladesh.

Deposit Terms

• All funds deposited must come from your own legitimate source of income.
• The minimum deposit amount will be listed on the QB77 payment page.
• Successful deposits are credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 3–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be sent to the same mobile banking or bank account used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the bonus wagering requirement is met.
• QB77 reserves the right to review any suspicious withdrawal request.
• Additional documents may be requested during the verification process.

04Bonus & Promotion Terms

Specific conditions must be met to claim QB77 bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements and validity period.

Welcome Bonus

• The Welcome Bonus applies to new members on their first deposit only.
• To qualify for a bonus, any applicable promo code must be entered at the time of registration.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has a fixed expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• QB77 reserves the right to void bonuses if low-risk betting patterns or unusual gaming behavior aimed at farming bonuses is detected.
• Cashback bonuses are credited directly to your account and are subject to wagering requirements.
• To receive a referral bonus, the referred friend must successfully register and complete their first deposit.

05Gaming Rules

All games on QB77 are conducted fairly and transparently. Every game outcome is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring complete impartiality.

• In the event of a technical issue during a game, QB77 will review the situation and make a final determination.
• In the event of any dispute over game results, QB77's server logs will serve as the final and binding evidence.
• Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of a software bug or glitch will be voided.

Special Bingo Game Terms

In QB77 Bingo, each player may purchase up to the maximum permitted number of cards per game. Participating in the same game through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Fish Game & Slots Terms

If a disconnection occurs during a Fish Game or slots session, the outcome will be determined by the server record. If a game is interrupted due to network issues, QB77 will either refund the relevant bet or settle the result based on the server log.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the QB77 platform. These rules apply equally to all members.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using or sharing another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — deliberately playing in a way designed to exploit bonus offers.
• Using any software, bots, or automation tools.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or engaging in misconduct toward other players.
• Using funds sourced from illegal activities.
• Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior toward QB77 staff.

07Account Suspension and Closure

QB77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• By court order or at the request of law enforcement authorities.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the QB77 support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.
